The Associate, Investment Banking (IB) role at Portage Point represents a unique opportunity to contribute to a broad range of middle-market transactions while gaining exposure to integrated capabilities across firm practice lines. As a key member of the IB team, this Associate will support the execution of mergers and acquisitions, capital advisory, restructurings, special situations and other strategic advisory engagements. This Associate will report to local IB leadership while working closely with U.S.-based banking teams.
