What you will do

• •Deliver hands-on training and in-theater clinical support to surgeons and operating room teams to enable optimal use of Stryker’s robotic technologies.
• •Prepare and analyze pre-operative CT scans using planning software to support implant selection, sizing, and positioning for successful surgical outcomes.
• •Build and maintain expert-level knowledge of Mako systems and joint replacement portfolios to serve as a trusted clinical specialist.
• •Generate accurate case reports, education summaries, and product insights to support continuous improvement and product performance.
• •Manage consigned equipment and inventory, ensure readiness of instruments and disposables, and process sales orders to support territory operations.
• •Support workshops, roadshows, and on-site demonstrations that increase awareness and adoption of robotic solutions.
• •Train physicians, hospital staff, and internal team members on system operation, product use, and best practices to elevate clinical proficiency.
• •Complete timely complaint reporting to maintain compliance with quality and regulatory requirements.

What you need

Required Qualifications

• •Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Biomedical Science, or a related field.
• •Experience in healthcare, medical devices, clinical support, or a related technical field.
• •Ability to work in operating theater environments.
• •Ability to complete the Mako certification program within the probationary period.
• •Proficiency in Cantonese and English

Preferred Qualifications

• •Minimum 1 year of experience supporting surgeons, clinicians, or hospital staff in a technical or clinical capacity.
• •Experience handling medical equipment, imaging data, or surgical technologies.
