Associate Manager - Digital Marketing

We are looking for an experienced Associate Manager – Digital Marketing to lead our SEO and organic growth strategy. The role focuses on improving search visibility, organic traffic, qualified leads, website performance, and visibility across traditional and AI-powered search platforms. The candidate will also lead and mentor the Digital Marketing Assistant.

• Key Responsibilities
• •Develop and execute the overall SEO strategy and roadmap.
• •Manage Technical, Content, International and Local SEO.
• •Improve website performance, Core Web Vitals and search visibility.
• •Optimize content for AI-powered and generative search.
• •Conduct keyword research, SEO audits and content optimization.
• •Drive link building, Digital PR and authority-building activities.
• •Monitor SEO traffic, rankings, leads and conversion performance.
• •Prepare SEO dashboards and performance reports.
• •Collaborate with Content, Design, Development and Sales teams.
• •Lead and mentor the Digital Marketing Assistant.

• Must-Have Skills
• •6–8 years of Digital Marketing experience with strong SEO leadership.
• •Technical, Content, International and Local SEO.
• •AI Search Optimization / AEO / GEO.
• •Experience with large websites and SEO strategy.
• •GA4 and Google Search Console.
• •SEMrush, Ahrefs and Screaming Frog.
• •Looker Studio, WordPress and Hotjar.
• •Core Web Vitals and Schema Markup.
• •Digital PR, Link Building and Email Marketing.
• •Strong analytical, communication and leadership skills.
