Associate Manager, Marketing Finance

The Associate Manager on role is responsible for driving and supporting the financial growth with Marketing, providing strategic and tactical insights based on operational performance, industry dynamics, macroeconomic trends and competitor landscape. It will also handle and support business planning by providing financial analysis and guaranteeing alignment to portfolio strategy and financial metrics aligned to company’s long-term vision. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• •Work in partnership with the Marketing teams, supporting ROI analysis that informs the right decisions on future expenditure and driving cost control to improve profitability.
• •Lead the financial planning of investment media and promotion expenses (forecasting / budgeting).
• •Drive clarity and accountability on investment media budgets across the teams, establishing suitable controls to support them.
• •Seek opportunity to improve the process, systems, reporting and analytics; Be able to present recommendations and influence organization to implement change.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCES AND SKILLS .

• •Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or equivalent (MBA is a plus).
• •5+ years of experience, preferably at multi-national company in regional roles (LATAM); FP&A, Financial Planning, Commercial Finance, Others.
• •Excellent communication and interaction with teams outside Mexico.
• •Excellent knowledge and technical skills in financial and management accounting (Forecasting, budgeting, and month end closing).
• •Able to challenge all areas of activity and recommend new approaches to meet financial objectives.
• •Strong financial system and business administration understanding.
• •Excellent ability to problem solves along with solid analytical skills, understanding of the business process, and systems optimization.
• •Hands-on: strategic thinker that also dives down into operational and execution.
• •Good written and oral communication skills.
• •Advanced English and Spanish is a must.
