Associate Marketing Coordinator

What You'll Do:

Coordinate logistics for corporate events and trade shows, ensuring all details are flawlessly executed

Manage our promotional swag program, from ordering and inventory to distribution

Support the planning and execution of internal recognition programs and events

Assist with webinar coordination and technical setup to ensure seamless virtual experiences

Help track and manage marketing budgets and expenses

Provide administrative support for various marketing campaigns and initiatives

Collaborate with marketing team members to ensure project deadlines and objectives are met

What We're Looking For:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field

Strong attention to detail and follow-through

Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills

Initiative to solve problems and use critical thinking skills

You're adaptable and comfortable wearing multiple hats
