Position Responsibilities

• •Serve as Uline's quality expert for an assigned product line, analyzing customer comments and product returns to enhance product quality and customer satisfaction.
• •Partner with product managers, purchasing vendors and warehouse teams to address quality concerns and implement solutions.
• •Work directly with Uline vendors to facilitate the product return and credit process.
• •Assist with new product and vendor check-ins to ensure all products meet Uline’s quality standards.

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor's degree.

Proficient Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Detail-oriented with excellent analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills.

Strong work ethic and eagerness to learn.
