Associate Program Manager- Everyday Essentials - UAE National, Retail - Everyday Essentials

We are seeking an Associate Program Manager to support in the expansion of our Everyday Essentials (EE) streams across locales and product categories, with focus on selection, marketing, product mechanisms. This role will be pivotal in driving the growth of our EE business, improving customer acquisition, and enhancing our selection framework.

• Key job responsibilities
• 1. Selection Strategy:
• - Drive efforts across teams to streamline selection tracking
• - Analyze, evaluate and optimize selection streams for EE targeting both in Consumables and Non-Consumables business.
• - Build automated selection identification mechanisms

• 2. Marketing and Customer funnel Excellence:
• - Work with marketing teams across locales to create tracking mechanisms for EE marketing initiatives
• - Drive parity in marketing effectiveness across categories
• - Understand the customer funnel and drive opportunity analysis
• - Develop marketing playbooks for NonCL EE items

• 3. Product Program Integration:
• - Support on adoption of successful programs that are critical to EE and drive adoption in new teams
• - Oversee technical implementation of program mechanisms
• - Ensure seamless integration with existing systems
• - Measure and optimize program performance

• 4. Geographic Expansion:
• - Drive collaboration across all MENA-TR locales
• - Develop market-specific strategies
• - Coordinate with regional teams for localization
• - Create scalable expansion frameworks

• About the team
• Our team consists of 1 Everyday Essential Senior Program Manager, 1 Business Analyst, and several POCs across teams and locales. We are in the process of building a unified way of working across the region and are excited to have someone on board to help us work towards that goal.

Basic qualifications

• - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business or a related field
• - Speak, write, and read fluently in English
• - Speak, write, and read fluently in Arabic

Preferred qualifications

- Knowledge of programming or other scripting languages and coding skills (C/C++/C#, Node.JS, Java, Python, PHP, Ruby)
