Location: North Vancouver, BC - This role is primarily based out of our North Vancouver office, and is open to hybrid remote work

Work Arrangement: Flexible, between in-office and home

Pay Range: $44,700 - $58,200 CAD; pay is dependent on year of study and related experience

Duration: Eight (8) months, January 4, 2027 – August 13, 2027

Hours Per Week: 40 hours per week, M-F

Your Co-Op Opportunity at ARC’TERYX:

As an Associate Project Specialist is a junior project manager role, you’ll learn how products and projects are delivered across an omni-channel platform within Technology. Working alongside Product Managers and the wider team, the Associate Project Specialist acts as a project coordinator, supporting a number of concurrent projects that span the omni-channel experience across our primary channels: eCommerce, Retail, and Guest Services. This is a hands-on learning role. You will help keep multiple projects organized and moving, coordinate across teams, and develop the operational discipline that underpins strong delivery. It is well suited to someone who enjoys variety, juggling several workstreams, and connecting the dots between people and priorities.

Meet Your Future Team:

The Omni-Channel e-commerce team partners closely with various parts of the business to deliver the Arc’teryx digital customer roadmap from product merchandising to the completion of an online order. In this role, you will work with talented teams to deliver new systems and enhancements that will strengthen the eCommerce user and brand experience. We dig in and get to the root of the right problems and seek to be the most knowledgeable people within Arc’teryx to help the business be successful.

If you were an Associate Project Specialist Co-Op Student now, here are some of the core activities you would be doing:

Project Coordination

Supporting the planning, tracking, and coordination of multiple concurrent projects across the omni-channel platform.

Delivery Support

Helping to track milestones, timelines, and dependencies across workstreams, flagging risks and delays early.Documentation

Drafting and maintaining project artifacts including status updates, meeting notes, action logs, and portions of the RAID log.

Stakeholder Communication

Assisting with regular status reporting and help keep stakeholders across teams informed under the guidance of the Product Managers.

Cross-Team Collaboration

Coordinating across engineering, business analysis, quality assurance, and business stakeholders to keep projects aligned.

Meeting & Ceremony Support

Helping to schedule, prepare for, and capture outcomes from project meetings, planning sessions, and team ceremonies.

Tracking & Reporting

Learning to use dashboards and tracking tools to monitor progress, blockers, and delivery health across projects.

Continuous Improvement

Contributing ideas and observations to help improve how the team coordinates and delivers projects.

You are currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in business, technology, or a related field

You have strong written and verbal communication skills
