Your mission
UiPath is seeking a Commercial Associate Representative (ASR) to join our growing team. In this role, you'll collaborate with an Emerging Account Executive to retain and expand our current customer base within an assigned territory - leveraging AI, vertical plays, and cross-functional partnerships.
What you'll do at UiPath
Operate within assigned current-customer territory
Mitigate renewal risk and churn in every account, every quarter
Earn expanded responsibilities and at-bats through performance
Execute UiPath Sales Process end-to-end and drive deals
Find, run, close: AI, Test Suite, Agentic, Subsidiaries, SAP
Co-sell with vertical specialists and marketing on plays
Build and deliver proposals and business cases
Engage CSM, SE, and Partners for deal support and velocity
What you'll bring to the team
A competitive track record of demonstrating an acquisition first mindset
1+ years of Account Management and / or Account Executive experience
Curious about AI and emerging technology and can explain complex concepts in a clear, practical way.
Strong account planning discipline, take a research-driven approach to your territory, and proactively identify opportunities through business-led conversations.
Confident navigating complex customer organizations, building relationships across functions and seniority levels, and collaborating effectively with internal teams and partners.
Strong problem-solving skills and a self-starter mentality
