Job Description

Skills/competencies required:

• •Handle client queries and provide timely and accurate solutions.
• •Responsible for high-quality delivery of assigned Talent Acquisition activities (candidate screening, interview scheduling).
• •Ensure all activities are executed accurately and within SLAs, with strong attention to detail and candidate experience.
• •Manage candidate data in systems (ATS) and ensure records are up to date and compliant.
• •Daily interaction with clients in English (C1 level required) via email/phone.
• •Ensure proper documentation and adherence to procedures.
• •Cooperate effectively with team members and support knowledge sharing.
• •Strong organizational and time management skills.
• •Working from Monday to Friday.
• •Basic analytical skills for tracking activities and identifying issues.

Nice to have:

• •First experience in HR / Talent Acquisition.
• •Familiarity with ATS tools and MS Office (especially Excel).
• •Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• •Perform candidate screening based on predefined criteria.
• •Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring teams.
• •Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the process.
• •Manage assigned part of the process in line with defined procedures and quality standards.
• •Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in ATS.
• •Follow escalation paths and resolve operational issues within scope.
• •Work closely with the team to ensure process continuity and efficiency.
• •Support team in maintaining documentation accuracy.
• •Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• •Ensure consistent high-quality delivery and process compliance.
