As an Associate Technology Application Manager in the HR Application Support team you’re passionate about excellent customer service and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. You have a natural flair for building relationships and will ideally have some experience of supporting and configuring Workday, a market leading Human Capital Management system that is used extensively by Nuffield Health

As our Associate Technology Application Manager, you will:

• •Provide day-to-day support for Workday HCM and other key HR applications. Including end user support, training and potentially out-of-hours support.
• •Demonstrate excellent analytical skills and have a strong attention to detail.
• •Take part in your community of practice, understanding the principles of application design, management, and the software development lifecycle.
• •Develop your application configuration skills, specifically for the Workday HCM application, delivering non-complex configurations with support from more senior colleagues.
• •Continually look for areas of improvement across your application domain (process, technical, training), including automation of business processes, automation of existing data feeds and continuous improvement of data quality.
• •Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
• •Have the confidence to influence HR teams and managers in the business, prepare to challenge and be challenged.
• •Manage incidents effectively to ensure that service is returned to a satisfactory operational standard as quickly as possible with a minimum of disruption to the users of that service.
