Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• •Visit client locations and conduct product demonstrations and discussions.
• •Understand clients' trading, broking, compliance, surveillance, and back-office processes.
• •Explain how our product features can address client requirements.
• •Gather and document client requirements, issues, and change requests.
• •Coordinate with Product, Technology, Implementation, and Support teams.
• •Support client onboarding, product training, and product adoption.
• •Build strong relationships with client stakeholders and ensure effective communication.
• •Stay updated with Indian capital-market and regulatory developments.

What We Are Looking For :

• •Good understanding of the Indian stock-market ecosystem and trading lifecycle.
• •Knowledge of NSE, BSE, brokers, clearing corporations, and depositories.
• •Understanding of concepts such as OMS, RMS, orders, trades, margins, positions, holdings, contract notes, and settlements.
• •Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills.
• •Ability to interact confidently with clients and understand their requirements.
• •Good problem-solving and stakeholder-management skills.
• •Comfortable using Excel and PowerPoint.
