Job Summary

We are seeking a Management System Auditor with a background in the Chemical or Pharmaceutical industry to conduct and support management system audits. The ideal candidate should possess strong industrial experience, knowledge of management systems, and Lead Auditor certifications in relevant ISO standards. Previous auditing experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, prepare, and conduct management system audits.

Review processes, procedures, records, and operational controls.

Evaluate compliance against applicable ISO standards.

Document audit findings and prepare audit reports.

Identify non-conformities and opportunities for improvement.

Conduct opening and closing meetings with clients.

Maintain audit records and ensure timely submission of reports.

Travel to client locations as required.

Required Qualifications

Any Bachelor's Degree.

Preferred qualifications:

Chemical Engineering

B.Sc. Chemistry

M.Sc. Chemistry

Pharmacy

Other relevant scientific or technical disciplines

Experience

2 to 6 years of industrial experience.

Experience in Chemical, Pharmaceutical, Specialty Chemicals, API, Formulation, Manufacturing, or related industries.

Prior audit experience is an advantage but not mandatory.

Mandatory Requirements

Lead Auditor (LA) Certification in:

ISO 9001 (Quality Management System)

ISO 14001 (Environmental Management System)

ISO 45001 (Occupational Health & Safety Management System)

Strong understanding of management system requirements and audit methodologies.
