Auto Dealer Service Technician - SIGNING BONUS

Service Technician Responsibilities

• •Diagnose and repair automotive systems including engines, transmissions, brakes, and electrical components.
• •Perform maintenance and service work per manufacturer specifications.
• •Ensure all repairs meet dealership and manufacturer quality standards.
• •Communicate clearly with Service Advisors regarding repair needs and timelines.
• •Maintain certifications and participate in ongoing technical training.

Service Technician Qualifications

• •High school diploma or equivalent required; technical or vocational training preferred.
• •Minimum 2 years of Automotive Dealer Service Technician experience (dealership experience preferred).
• •ASE certification(s) or manufacturer certification(s) preferred.
• •Proficient in using diagnostic tools and repair equipment.
• •Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• •Ability to read and interpret repair manuals and technical service bulletins.
• •Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
• •Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• •Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
