Automation: IT Business Analysis Intern

Position Responsibilities:

• •Assist in the production of business requirements documentation such as user stories, process flows, and basic requirement artifacts
• •Support process modeling and analysis activities , including identifying gaps between current and future state
• •Help document business processes and contribute to process improvement initiatives
• •Collaborate with stakeholders and team members to gather and clarify requirements
• •Contribute to data mapping and analysis tasks under guidance
• •Assist in preparing materials that support business case development , including identifying potential benefits or efficiencies

Qualifications:

• •Currently taking up bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or any related courses
• •Enrolled in an internship program under an MBPS Campus Partner
• •Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• •Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively in a team environment
• •Basic understanding of business analysis concepts, requirements gathering, and documentation
