Automation: Software Technical Analysis Intern

Position Responsibilities:

• •Monitor emails, system alerts, and tickets to support timely identification, investigation, and escalation of issues
• •Assist in troubleshooting and analysis of application and automation (RPA) issues across front-end and back-end components
• •Support production incident management , including tracking, documentation, and follow-up activities
• •Help maintain and monitor automation workflows , ensuring smooth and efficient operations
• •Collaborate with development teams to support issue resolution , bug fixes, and minor enhancements under guidance
• •Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying recurring issues, inefficiencies, and opportunities for automation

Required Qualifications:

• •Currently taking up bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or any related courses
• •Enrolled in an internship program under an MBPS Campus Partner
• •Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• •Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively in a team environment
• •Basic understanding of application support, software systems, or troubleshooting concepts
• •Basic awareness of ITIL concepts such as incident, problem, and change management
• •Familiarity with automation, monitoring, ticketing, or support tools is an advantage
