Automation Tester - Banking Domain

Job Description We are looking for an experienced Automation Tester with strong expertise in test automation and banking/financial services applications . The candidate should be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment and join immediately or within a short notice period .

• Key Responsibilities
• •Design, develop and maintain automated test scripts for banking applications.
• •Prepare and execute test scenarios, test cases, regression and integration testing .
• •Automate functional, regression and end-to-end testing using appropriate automation frameworks.
• •Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into effective test cases.
• •Perform API testing and validate backend/database data.
• •Identify, document, track and validate defects through closure.
• •Collaborate with Business Analysts, Developers and other QA teams.
• •Participate in SIT, UAT and production validation activities.
• •Ensure test coverage, quality standards and timely delivery.
• •Support continuous improvement of automation frameworks and testing processes.

• Required Skills
• •10 years of experience in Software Testing / QA Automation.
• •Strong Banking / Financial Services domain experience is mandatory.
• •Hands-on experience with Selenium / Java / Python or similar automation tools.
• •Experience in API testing using tools such as Postman / REST Assured.
• •Strong knowledge of SQL and database testing .
• •Experience with TestNG / JUnit, Maven and automation frameworks.
• •Good understanding of Agile / Scrum methodology .
• •Experience with JIRA, Git and CI/CD tools will be an advantage.
• •Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, defect management and test methodologies.
• •Excellent analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.

• •10 years overall QA/Automation experience
• •Banking domain experience is mandatory
• •Immediate joiner / candidates serving short notice preferred
• •Candidates who can join immediately will be given priority.
