As an Automation Tester - Senior Associate, you will play a pivotal role in guiding the testing processes within our Business Application Consulting group, specifically focusing on Guidewire Testing. You will be responsible for client support, confirming that our solutions meet the needs of the Banking and Capital Markets sector. Within our Advisory practice, you will leverage your skills to analyze complex problems, mentor team members, and maintain professional standards. This role emphasizes relationship building and managing others, navigating complexity, and personal growth.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will be part of a dynamic team that supports Life, Annuity & Group Benefits Operations. You will develop meaningful client connections and anticipate their needs, using a broad range of methodologies and techniques to generate new ideas and solve problems. Responsibilities

• - Conducting automation testing for Guidewire applications to enhance software reliability
• - Collaborating with client teams to understand testing requirements and deliver tailored solutions
• - Implementing functional and regression testing methodologies to validate system performance
• - Utilizing Guidewire InsuranceSuite tools to configure and integrate testing processes
• - Performing quality assurance testing to identify and address software defects
• - Engaging in user acceptance testing (UAT) to confirm software meets client expectations
• - Analyzing test results to provide actionable insights for software improvements
• - Supporting the development of testing strategies that align with client business objectives
• - Leveraging AI-human collaboration to optimize testing efficiency and accuracy
• - Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and testing technologies to drive innovation

What You Must Have

• - At least a Bachelor's degree
• - At least 2 years of experience
• - Oral and written proficiency in English required
