​ Here’s what you’ll be doing:

• •Reviews all invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment
• •Prepare invoice deduction notices, as necessary
• •Audit freight bills against freight manifests
• •Answer all vendor inquiries
• •Analyze vendor accounts and negotiate extended terms with vendors when cash is restricted
• •Prepare accounts payable checks
• •Print all accounts payable reports and maintain all accounts payable files
• •Prepare analysis of accounts, as required
• •Assist in monthly closings
• •Assist with accounts receivable and special projects, as necessary
• •Other duties as assigned

Here’s what you’ll need:

• •1-2 years AP/AR experience, previous automotive experience a plus
• •Proficiency in Microsoft Office software products, and the general use of a computer and calculator
• •Strong written and verbal communication skills
• •Self-motivated, organized, and effective problem-solver
• •Advanced computer skills
• •High school diploma or GED; college degree preferred
