Position Overview – Business Development Representative (BDC Rep)

As a Business Development Representative , you’ll be the first point of contact for potential customers. Your job is to engage leads, schedule appointments, and provide a top-tier experience through phone, text, and email outreach. Your efforts will directly support our sales team and drive showroom traffic.

Key Responsibilities:

• •Respond quickly to online leads and phone inquiries
• •Initiate outbound calls, texts, and emails to schedule and confirm sales appointments
• •Build rapport and maintain communication with potential customers
• •Accurately document all customer interactions in the CRM system
• •Collaborate with the sales team to drive customer engagement
• •Learn and apply scripts, techniques, and processes that lead to successful appointments
• •Follow up with leads that have not yet visited or purchased

Requirements

What We’re Looking For – Required Qualifications:

• •Sales experience, call center experience, inside sales experience required
• •Prior BDC experience a plus
• •Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• •Strong multitasking and organizational skills
• •Professional, positive, and team-oriented attitude
• •Proficient computer and typing skills
• •Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• •Ability to work nights and Saturdays

Compensation:

Hourly + Commission = 50K - 70K based on performance
