Luxury Automotive Sales Associate - Cadillac
Motor Werks Cadillac , part of the Murgado Automotive Group, is hiring an experienced Luxury Automotive Sales Associate in Barrington, IL. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated sales professional who is passionate about luxury vehicles, customer relationships, and delivering a premium dealership experience.
In this role, you will guide customers through the Cadillac buying experience, present new and pre-owned luxury vehicles, conduct test drives, and build long-term relationships that lead to repeat business and referrals.
What You’ll Do:
Greet customers, understand their needs, and provide a personalized luxury sales experience.
Present Cadillac models, features, technology, performance, and ownership benefits with confidence.
Conduct professional vehicle walkarounds and test drives.
Follow up with customers, develop strong relationships, and generate repeat and referral business.
Stay current on Cadillac, GM, Chevrolet, and luxury automotive product knowledge.
Work with sales managers, finance, service, and support teams to deliver a smooth customer experience.
Meet and exceed individual and dealership sales goals.
What We’re Looking For:
Minimum 2 years of automotive sales experience; luxury automotive sales experience preferred.
Cadillac, GM, or Chevrolet brand experience strongly preferred.
Proven ability to meet sales goals and deliver exceptional customer service.
Strong communication, negotiation, follow-up, and relationship-building skills.
Professional appearance and a customer-first approach.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented dealership environment.
Sound judgment, problem-solving ability, and hands-on leadership skills.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.
