Position Summary

Kunes Auto Group is seeking an Automotive Sales Consultant to join our growing dealership team.

In this customer-focused sales role, you’ll help guests find the right new or pre-owned vehicle by building relationships, understanding their needs, presenting vehicle options, and delivering an exceptional buying experience.

Compensation

• •Base Pay + Uncapped Commission
• •Monthly Volume Bonus Opportunities
• •Unlimited Earning Potential
• •$100K - $150K annually

Responsibilities

• •Welcome customers and guide them through the vehicle purchasing process
• •Build relationships through exceptional customer service
• •Identify customer needs and recommend the right new or pre-owned vehicle
• •Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives
• •Explain vehicle features, financing options, warranties, and ownership benefits
• •Negotiate and complete vehicle sales professionally
• •Maintain customer relationships through follow-up and repeat business
• •Utilize dealership CRM tools to manage customer communications and sales opportunities
• •Stay current on vehicle inventory, product knowledge, and automotive technology
• •Collaborate with sales managers, finance, and service teams to deliver an outstanding customer experience

Requirements

Qualifications

• •1+ years of Auto Sales experience is required
• •Previous experience in automotive sales is preferred
• •Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• •Self-motivated with a competitive drive to succeed
• •Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
• •Professional appearance and positive attitude
• •Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
• •High school diploma or equivalent
