About the Role:

We're looking for a detail-oriented Automotive Service Coordinator to support our evening shift operations at our vehicle reconditioning facility. This role is ideal for someone dependable, customer-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Evening availability is required. The shift schedule is Monday to Thursday, 4:30 PM – 3:00 AM, and includes a $1.50 per hour shift premium.

What You'll Do:

Greet and assist customers with vehicle service needs, providing exceptional service at all times

Schedule appointments for vehicle repairs, maintenance, and inspections

Accurately document customer concerns, service history, and recommendations to ensure all needs are met

Work closely with technicians to ensure timely and accurate completion of work orders

Provide customers with detailed estimates, timelines, and costs for services

Address customer concerns, answer questions, and resolve issues to maintain high satisfaction

Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and best practices in automotive service

Follow all safety protocols and maintain a safe, organized workspace

What You'll need:

A high school diploma or equivalent is required.

A valid minimum G2 Driver's License in Ontario with a clean driver's abstract is required.

Must be available a minimum of 40 hours per week.

Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

A high level of attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy in all tasks.
