Automotive System Test Engineer - Onside in GDL

YOUR ROLE:

You will collaborate with a Top OEM Supplier in the automotive industry as a System Test Engineer

The main responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to:

• •Development of the test methodology of quality assurance with automated system tests
• •Creation and validation of automated test procedures to verify System requirements
• •Creation, execution and documentation of system tests according to the specifications of the Client’s Software Lifecycle and according to A-SPICE
• •Ensure the reproducibility of the tests by clearly documenting the test results, test cases and test environment
• •Assistance in the analysis of test results of the groups involved in the project and project-specific summary of the results
• •Participate in Technical Reviews to substantiate decisions about the Software verification strategy
• •Monitor and communicate project status, actively communication of significant issues or developments
• •Remove roadblocks and overcome technical challenges with minimal guidance

YOUR PROFILE:

• •Bachelor degree in automotive engineering / Electrical Engineering / Mechatronics or related field
• •4+ Years of experience in Automotive System Test roles
• •Solid understanding on Software High Level and System Level requirements and how to v alidate them ( V&V).
• •Experience in test methods and test automation to validate automotive Electronic Control Units
• •Knowledge and experience in programming and/or scripting (C++, Python, Perl, bash)
• •High customer and result orientation as well as coordination and analysis capability
• •Decision-making, good communication skills and effective work in distributed team
• •Advanced English Communication (Ability to maintain a fluid technical communication with Senior Leadership and Technical leads)

Nice-to-have (extra) Skills:

• •Automotive test tools: CANoe and other Vector tools experience
• •Requirements management tools: Doors, Doors NG, Jama,
• •Lab test tools: Oscilloscope, multimeter, logic analyzer
• •Standards: UDS (ISO14229)
