Here’s what you’ll be doing :

• •Process warranty claims
• •Verify criteria required by factory or distributor
• •Post credits on computer
• •Track parts by tagging
• •Arrange for parts to be shipped to the factory or distributor, or to be scrapped
• •Follow up with the factory and distributors regarding unpaid claims
• •Other duties as assigned

Here’s what you’ll need :

• •2 years of experience as warranty clerk or similar experience preferred
• •High school diploma or equivalent
• •Strong trouble-shooting skills and demonstrated trustworthiness
• •Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• •Advanced computer skills
