• This role is focused on delivering an excellent support experience to postgraduate and extension students.
• You will provide assistance across phone, digital channels, and student support groups, helping resolve operational questions efficiently.
• The position combines direct student interaction with academic administration and back-office activities.
• You will also support live classes, mentoring sessions, and other synchronous learning experiences.
• A key part of the role is identifying students at risk of dropping out and taking proactive steps to improve retention.
• You will collaborate with internal teams to resolve exceptional cases and continuously improve the student experience.
