Auxiliar de Manufactura

Apoyo en la elaboración de diagramas de flujo, HOE de proceso.

Generación y recolección de firmas para pases de salida de material/ It’s y registros de entrenamiento práctico.

Soporte para atención a proveedores/visitas.

Soporte en la generación de formatos para disposición de activos y/o control de equipos.

Auditorias de 5´s.

Generación de ordenes de trabajo a taller de maquinados o facilites.

Participación en métodos de solución de problemas (Diagrama de causa y efecto, 5 porque, otros).

Seguimiento a las actividades del periódico Kaizen.

Realización de actividades de mejora continua.

Realización de inventarios de equipos.

Generación, actualización, entrenamiento y entrega de instrucciones de trabajo.

Análisis de estudios de tiempos y balanceos.

Apoyo en la introducción, transferencias de líneas, equipos o nuevos productos.

Introducción de muestras por cambio en el proceso, herramentales o validación de materiales.

Modificación y acotación de dibujos

Revisión de estructura de BOM, dibujos y especificaciones en Windchill, SAP

Verificación de cantidades de uso en BOM de SAP

• •Segregar Residuos de acuerdo con las categorías del área de trabajo.
• •Conocer los peligros y riesgos asociados a las actividades y seguir los controles operacionales definidos.
• •Educación:

Estudiante, Practicante de áreas de ingeniería
