Available Homes Officer

Salary: £39,419 to £45,969 per annum

Hours: 36 hours per week

Location: London, Corsica Street - hybrid working arrangement

Contract Type: secondment/fixed term contact – 12 months (Maternity cover)

We’re seeking an Available Homes Officer to join our team and play a key role in helping customers move into their new homes.

The key objective is to minimise the time a property remains empty by ensuring it is let as quickly as possible while providing a good quality service to our customers.

We’re seeking someone with excellent team working skills, a positive mindset and willingness to contribute ideas for improvement.

This is a hybrid role based at our Corsica Street office in London. You'll split your time between working from home and the office, specific days will be agreed with your line manager.
