Job Description

As a family-owned private bank with a long-term perspective, we build sustainable client relationships and develop innovative solutions. In this role, you will actively shape the Avaloq system landscape within Portfolio Management and, together with interdisciplinary teams, ensure stable and forward-looking processes and applications.

• •You manage and continuously develop Avaloq applications in the Portfolio Management domain.
• •You analyse business requirements and translate them into sustainable system solutions together with Business Specialists and Business Analysts.
• •You design, implement and test new functionalities as well as enhancements to existing processes.
• •You ensure the reliable and efficient operation of the applications under your responsibility and resolve incidents sustainably.
• •You plan, coordinate and support releases in close collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners.
• •You prepare technical and functional documentation and contribute to the ongoing improvement of standards and processes.
• •You actively contribute to an interdisciplinary agile team and bring forward ideas to further develop the system landscape.

Requirements

• •Higher education in Business Information Systems, Computer Science, Banking & Finance, or an equivalent qualification.
• •Solid experience with Avaloq, ideally within Portfolio Management, and a sound understanding of relevant Avaloq components and interfaces.
• •Experience in application management, business analysis or software development, preferably in a banking or financial-services environment.
• •Knowledge of PL/SQL and Oracle SQL, combined with a strong understanding of data, processes and end-to-end system dependencies.
• •An analytical, structured and solution-oriented approach, with a collaborative mindset when working across business functions.
• •Excellent written and spoken English skills; German language skills are an advantage.

Preferred qualifications:

• •Experience in release and test management, including collaboration with external IT partners.
• •Familiarity with agile ways of working and regulatory requirements in a private-banking environment.
