In Group Technology, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.

Responsibilities

• •Lead SCCM infrastructure maintenance, version upgrades, and overall lifecycle management.
• •Execute SCCM database hardening and ensure strict compliance with STIG requirements.
• •Maintain and update SCCM architecture documentation, engineering frameworks, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• •Manage SCCM packaging and deployment operational controls to ensure secure and standardized software distribution.
• •Drive infrastructure engineering initiatives, including Windows Server 2016 to Windows Server 2022 in-place upgrades for the SCCM environment.
• •Oversee the configuration, deployment, and maintenance of SCCM physical Distribution Points (DPs).
• •Collaborate with security and risk teams to align endpoint engineering practices with global banking compliance standards.

Requirements

• •Proven experience in endpoint engineering and managing large-scale enterprise SCCM/MECM environments.
• •Hands-on expertise in Windows Server administration, specifically with executing in-place upgrades from Windows Server 2016 to 2022.
• •Strong technical knowledge of database hardening techniques and STIG compliance frameworks.
• •Demonstrated experience in managing physical Distribution Points (DPs), packaging workflows, and deployment controls.
• •Ability to design, document, and implement robust technical architectures, frameworks, and SOPs.
• •Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills in resolving complex endpoint and infrastructure issues.
• •Professional certifications in Microsoft systems administration or modern endpoint management are highly advantageous.
