AVP, Patient Access & Pre-Access

• This executive leadership role oversees the strategic direction and operational performance of Patient Access and Pre-Access functions across multiple healthcare client partnerships.
• You will lead large, geographically dispersed teams while driving modernization, standardization, and continuous improvement across the patient access lifecycle.
• The role serves as a key connection point between client leadership, business development, implementation teams, and operational service lines.
• You will use performance data, emerging technologies, and AI-driven capabilities to identify opportunities, reduce barriers, and improve operational outcomes.
• Success requires strong executive presence, financial and operational judgment, and the ability to translate enterprise strategy into measurable execution.

• This is a remote opportunity with extensive weekly travel to client, corporate, and other assigned locations across the United States.
