The Opportunity

As a Cloud Infrastructure and Operations Delivery Manager you will oversee client-facing cloud infrastructure and operations work within our Advisory practice, focusing on Amazon Web Services delivery, platform support, and network architecture. As a Manager you will lead teams, coach junior professionals, and drive assigned workstreams by balancing project planning, delivery timelines, and quality expectations while applying sound judgment across complex client needs. In this role at PwC, you will guide cloud infrastructure, operations, and service management efforts, coordinate issue resolution, and help shape reliable AWS-based solutions that support client objectives.

In this role, you will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver scalable and secure technology platforms. You will be responsible for analyzing complex problems, developing high-quality deliverables, and cultivating meaningful client relationships. Responsibilities

- Leading cloud infrastructure and operations delivery workstreams for AWS-based client environments

- Managing project planning, budgeting, execution, and timeline tracking across infrastructure initiatives

- Guiding teams through cloud architecture design, network deployment, migration, and modernization activities

- Reviewing technical deliverables for cloud infrastructure, virtualization, connectivity, and security controls

- Coordinating incident resolution, root-cause analysis, and operational troubleshooting across cloud and network platforms

- Validating service management processes, operational readiness, and support procedures for client environments

- Mentoring junior team members and using work review sessions to build technical depth and delivery skills

- Identifying opportunities to improve cloud operations through automation, digital tooling, and AI-enabled workflows

- Building client relationships and communicating technical options, risks, and delivery status to stakeholders

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree

- At least 5 years of experience in cloud infrastructure delivery, including 2 or more years leading AWS work at enterprise scale

What Sets You Apart

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Engineering

- At least one of the following: AWS Certified Solutions Architect Professional or AWS Certified DevOps Engineer Professional preferred; PMP, PMI-ACP, or Certified ScrumMaster

- Master's of Science or an MBA is preferred

- Executing AWS partner motions, including Migration Acceleration Program (MAP) funding, proofs of concept, co-sell activities, and AWS Marketplace private offers

- Delivering cloud transformation initiatives within industry environments

- Demonstrating AWS cloud infrastructure delivery across client engagements

- Leading teams through project planning, execution, and delivery

- Coaching junior professionals and reviewing deliverables for quality

The salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $232,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
