Holding regular internal review meetings for each assigned account to determine progress and address any challenges
Effectively managing multiple projects at once, including project schedules, budgets, and deliverables
Act as point of escalation for junior members of the team for both client and system roadblocks
Participating in the estimating and solution engineering process for all new engagements within your account base
Scheduling additional technical consultations for customers as needed to optimize the performance of their cloud environment(s)
Presenting, reviewing, and gathering feedback on final deliverables with customers
Engaging with the sales team in identifying opportunities for improvement within accounts and pursuing cross-sell and up-sell opportunities
Exceeding customer expectations by proactively communicating with all stakeholders involved in ensuring a high return on investment for each engagement
Required Skills:
Bachelor’s Degree, with 5+ years of relevant experience managing projects in the tech industry.
Ability to build a strong foundation of knowledge around AWS Cloud Services and the cloud ecosystem
Well-established knowledge of project management methodology
Demonstrated success in prior project management and/or account management roles with ability to deliver high quality services and unmatched customer experiences.
Proven ability to build, engage, and manage relationships with both internal and external customers
Ability to achieve AWS Cloud Practitioner upon hire (must have), with desire to achieve an AWS Solutions Architect Associate (nice to have)
Preferred:
Hands-on experience managing AWS customer environments – this is highly preferred

Experience in an MSP (Managed Service Provider) environment or customer-facing technical account management role
Familiarity with ITIL frameworks or service management methodologies
Experience with cloud migration projects or hybrid cloud environments
Previous experience in professional services or consulting
