Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps for build, test, and deployment automation.

Manage source control workflows, branching strategies, and release processes to support multiple environments.

Support deployments to AKS and Kubernetes clusters, ensuring repeatable and reliable rollout practices.

Automate infrastructure and application delivery tasks to reduce manual effort and improve consistency.

Monitor pipeline health, troubleshoot build/release failures, and drive root-cause analysis with corrective actions.

Collaborate with development and QA teams to integrate quality gates, approvals, and deployment validations.

Implement secure DevOps practices including secrets handling, access controls, and audit-friendly processes.

Maintain documentation for pipelines, deployment runbooks, and operational procedures

Minimum Qualifications:

BTECH, MTECH, MCA, or MSC.

2–3 years of hands-on experience with Azure DevOps (Repos, Pipelines, Releases).

Working experience with AKS and Kubernetes for application deployments and operational support.

Strong troubleshooting skills across CI/CD workflows and deployment pipelines.

Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate clearly.

Technical requirements

Good to have skills:

Terraform, Helm, Docker, Git, Prometheus

Additional responsibilities

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience designing end-to-end CI/CD strategies for microservices or container-based applications.

Strong understanding of Kubernetes deployment patterns (rolling updates, blue/green, canary) and release governance.

Exposure to infrastructure automation and configuration management practices to support scalable environments.

Experience improving pipeline performance, standardizing templates, and enabling self-service deployments for teams.

Familiarity with implementing security and compliance controls within DevOps workflows (least privilege, approvals, traceability).
