We're looking for a Backend Developer Senior to join our team and work on an AI-driven initiative for one of the leading e-commerce and fintech companies in Latin America .

The team focuses on fraud prevention and case management , with the challenge of scaling the automated resolution of fraud reports while maintaining the accuracy and quality of a human reviewer.

As part of the backend team, you'll work on the migration and orchestration of agentic processes responsible for case resolution, building high-volume, low-latency solutions with Java in a near-real-time environment.

The role involves working with AI agents, MCP, multiple data sources and complex orchestration flows , designing robust and scalable backend architectures.
