• Role Overview :
• We are looking for a Senior Backend Engineer who is passionate about building scalable, high performing systems. You will work closely with cross - functional teams to design, develop and architect, and maintain backend services and API that powers our platform.

What you will do:

Architect, build, and scale backend systems that handle large data volumes and long-running workflows.

Design and maintain pipelines, integrations, and background processing systems.

Ensure system reliability, scalability, and observability.

Mentor engineers, lead reviews, and set engineering best practices.

Collaborate closely with product to deliver impactful solutions.

What we are looking for:

5-7 years of backend engineering (Node.js/NestJS preferred, Python a plus).

Strong experience with data processing, distributed systems, and queues.

Ability to own architecture decisions and lead projects end-to-end.

Bonus: Prior experience in data-heavy SaaS products.
