Backend Engineer (Java / .NET)

What you'll do

• •Design, build, deploy, and support features across our services.
• •Own backend modules end to end and ship scalable, distributed systems alongside Product, Design, and QA.
• •Build highly scalable, multi-tier, distributed backend systems.
• •Own the performance and stability of applications and infrastructure.
• •Evaluate and adopt new tools and practices that speed up delivery.

What we're looking for

• •2–3 years of backend experience at product companies.
• •CS/Engineering degree (IITs / top NITs preferred).
• •Expertise in Java/J2EE or .NET (C#) and design patterns.
• •Strong fundamentals in data structures, algorithms, and multithreading.
• •Experience building scalable web services.
• •Proficiency with MySQL / Postgres / SQL Server / MongoDB.
• •Experience with profiling, performance tuning, and writing unit and automation tests.
• •Experience with e-commerce applications.
• •Agentic development with AI coding agents like Claude Code or Codex.
