Backend Software Engineer

What you’ll own

• •Develop and maintain application code.
• •Perform unit and integration testing with both internal and external systems.
• •Participate in solution design and technical discussions with the team.
• •Take part in Agile ceremonies and events.
• •Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

What you’ll bring

• •Previous experience as a Software Developer, with at least 2-3 years of software development experience.
• •Experience with programming languages such as Java, C/C++, and/or Free Pascal (considered a plus), working in a Linux environment.
• •Experience working in Agile development environments.
• •English proficiency for reviewing technical documentation and interacting with users.
• •Availability to work from the office at least three times per week. The office is conveniently located near Morumbi-Claro Station on the Line 9-Emerald commuter rail line.

• •A proactive mindset with the ability to identify opportunities for continuous improvement in processes and working practices.
• •Experience working closely with Architecture leadership to enhance and evolve the platform.
