Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Herstellung von Brot, Gebäck und Backwaren nach vorgegebenen Rezepturen
  • Vorbereiten, Verarbeiten und Formen von Teigen und Massen
  • Bedienen und Überwachen von Backöfen sowie Produktionsanlagen
  • Kontrolle der Produktqualität während des gesamten Herstellungsprozesses
  • Einhaltung von Hygiene-, Qualitäts- und Sicherheitsstandards
  • Durchführung von Reinigungs- und Wartungsarbeiten im Arbeitsbereich

Qualifikationen, die Sie mitbringen:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Bäcker oder mehrjährige Erfahrung als Bäcker
  • Freude im Umgang mit Lebensmittel
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse (für die Dokumentation der Arbeitsprozesse)
  • Führerschein B und eigenes KFZ zum Erreichen des Arbeitsortes
