Role Overview

We are seeking a strategic and execution-focused Senior Product Manager to spearhead our Bancassurance product portfolio and sales enablement stream . In this role, you will develop and drive the end-to-end product lifecycle, optimize complex partner distribution channels, and design high-impact sales enablement frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

• •Strategic Leadership: Drive the overarching product strategy, value proposition, and commercial roadmap for the Banca channel.
• •Stream Ownership: Architect, build, and scale the sales enablement stream, ensuring frontline teams have the tools, dashboards, and training to maximize productivity.
• •Performance Architecture: Lead deep-dive analytics into product mix, regional conversion rates, and channel performance to proactively address commercial gaps.
• •Stakeholder Management: Manage and influence high-level relationships between internal product teams and external banking partners.
• •Team Growth: Lay the groundwork for the stream's expansion, with the future responsibility of hiring, mentoring, and leading a dedicated squad of product managers.

Key Deliverables

• •Long-term Banca product roadmap and commercial go-to-market strategies.
• •Scalable sales enablement models, toolkits, and digital dashboards for bank partners.
• •Comprehensive performance reviews and intervention plans for underperforming segments.
• •Post-campaign optimization frameworks based on customer behaviour and conversion data.

Qualifications & Skills

• •Experience: 10+ years of experience in insurance product management, with a proven track record in Bancassurance or financial services partnerships.
• •Enablement Expertise: Demonstrated success in building product-led sales enablement strategies that directly drive frontline activation.
• •Analytical Mastery: Expert at translating complex datasets (sales data, customer complaints, economics) into highly profitable product iterations.

Certification/Licensing Requirements:

Pre Contract Exam (PCE) and Takaful Basic Exam (TBE) certification would be advantageous though not mandatory
