Rate: Approximately £40.00 PH

  • We are seeking a Band 6/7 Locum Physiotherapist with experience in musculoskeletal (MSK) physiotherapy for a role based near Luton Airport and Parkway Train Station. The position will initially be part-time, with 2 days per week, and has the potential to increase to full-time if the candidate performs well. The role offers an initial locum period with a possibility of transitioning to a permanent position and taking over the business in the future. The successful candidate will be HCPC registered and have the right to work in the UK.

What your responsibilities will be for this Physiotherapist role?

As a Band 6/7 Locum Physiotherapist, you will manage a caseload focused on musculoskeletal conditions, providing expert assessment, diagnosis, and treatment. Your role will include delivering physiotherapy interventions tailored to individual patient needs, developing and implementing rehabilitation plans, and working towards improving patient outcomes. You will be expected to maintain accurate patient records and ensure effective communication with patients and other healthcare professionals. The position requires working near Luton Airport and Parkway Train Station, offering flexibility with the potential to increase hours based on performance. There is also an opportunity to consider a permanent role and eventual business ownership.

Requirements:

HCPC registration as a Physiotherapist

Right to work in the UK

Relevant degree in Physiotherapy or equivalent qualification

3-4 years of experience in musculoskeletal physiotherapy (UK or private practice experience)

Strong clinical assessment and treatment skills in MSK physiotherapy

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Flexibility to start with part-time hours and potentially increase to full-time

Availability to begin in 2 weeks or sooner

Interest in potential permanent role and business leadership
