- We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Band 6/7 Locum Remote Paediatric Speech and Language Therapist to join our team. This part-time role, based remotely with a focus on the Folkestone area, requires an immediate start and will last for 3 months. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in paediatric speech and language therapy and a commitment to providing high-quality care to children.
- Responsibilities:
- As a Band 6/7 Locum Remote Paediatric Speech and Language Therapist, you will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating children with speech, language, and communication needs. You will develop individualized treatment plans, provide therapy sessions remotely, and collaborate with families and other professionals to support the child’s development. Your role will also involve maintaining accurate records, monitoring progress, and adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
Qualifications and Experiences:
NHS experience
Experience in paediatric speech and language therapy
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and manage a remote caseload
Proficiency in using teletherapy platforms and technology
Commitment to continuous professional development.
