About the Role:
We are currently seeking a skilled and compassionate Band 6 Community Physiotherapist to join our NHS client’s team based in London. As a Band 6 Community Physiotherapist. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated physiotherapist looking to make a meaningful impact on the lives of others that also have experience in stroke and Neuro. This is a full-time role and is available to start as soon as possible for an initial period of 3 months.
Key Responsibilities:
Conducting comprehensive physiotherapy assessments and developing tailored treatment plans for individuals with mental health conditions in community settings.
Delivering evidence-based interventions to improve mobility, function, and overall quality of life for clients.
Collaborating closely with other healthcare professionals and community agencies to ensure coordinated care and support for clients.
Providing education and support to clients and their families regarding their condition and treatment options.
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in compliance with professional and organizational standards.
Requirements:
Degree in Physiotherapy or equivalent qualification.
HCPC registration.
Minimum of 2 years' experience working as a Band 6 Physiotherapist in community settings.
Neurology experience
Strong clinical skills and knowledge of evidence-based physiotherapy interventions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and work effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
