- Rehab Physio London is seeking a skilled and dedicated Band 6 Neuro Physiotherapist to join our community neuro rehabilitation team. This role involves delivering high-quality physiotherapy services to patients with neurological conditions across a broad geographical area from South West to South East London. The successful candidate will work in a hybrid model, combining home visits with clinic-based work.
What will you be doing in this Physiotherapy role?
As Band 6 Locum Neuro Physiotherapist you will provide comprehensive neuro physiotherapy assessments and interventions to patients in the community setting, focusing on enhancing mobility, function, and quality of life for those with neurological conditions. You will develop and deliver personalised rehabilitation programmes, monitor patient progress, and adjust treatment plans as required. Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and ongoing communication with patients and their families are key aspects of the role. You will also engage in service development activities and contribute to the delivery of high standards of care within the community setting.
Requirements:
Must have the right to work in the UK.
HCPC (Health and Care Professions Council) registration is essential.
Proven experience in neuro physiotherapy, preferably in a community setting.
Ability to work across a wide geographical area, from South West to South East London.
Strong communication skills with the capability to work effectively both independently and within a multidisciplinary team.
Excellent organisational skills, with experience in managing a caseload and adapting to varying patient needs.
Flexibility to work in a hybrid model, including both home visits and clinic-based work.
Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centred care and contributing to service improvement initiatives.
