• We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Band 6 Locum Physiotherapist to join our Community Rehab Team in Swindon, part of the Integrated and Community Care (I&CC) division. This role offers a unique opportunity to work within a large, supportive team, providing essential rehabilitation services to adults in the community. • Responsibilities:
• As a Band 6 Locum Physiotherapist you will be responsible for assessing and treating patients in their homes, requiring the ability to travel within the community with a maximum travel time of around 20 minutes. You will manage a diverse caseload, excluding stroke patients, and provide personalized rehabilitation plans. Your role will involve picking up four new patients per week and scheduling follow-up appointments. While knowledge about falls is beneficial, we offer training to ensure you are well-prepared. You will work closely with a team of 60 staff members, ensuring comprehensive support and high-quality care for all patients.

Qualifications and Experiences:

Community rehabilitation experience or transferrable skills.

Knowledge about falls (training provided if necessary).

Ability to travel within the community.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Relevant professional qualifications and registration.

Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
