We are seeking a highly skilled Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist to join our client's team in Teddington. This role offers a self-employed contract with a 50% commission-based compensation structure. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in the private sector, with a preference for locum-to-perm arrangements, though fully permanent candidates will also be considered. Quality of the candidate is our top priority, and we welcome applicants with expertise in rehabilitation, chronic conditions, or any other specialization.

Key Responsibilities

The role requires expertise in MSK physiotherapy, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of musculoskeletal conditions. The physiotherapist will be responsible for developing tailored rehabilitation programs, ensuring optimal patient outcomes, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. Additionally, maintaining accurate patient records, providing high-quality care, and ensuring compliance with clinical guidelines are essential aspects of the role.

Qualifications & Experience

HCPC registration (essential).

Degree in Physiotherapy or equivalent.

Minimum 2 years of private sector experience (more is preferred).

Strong clinical reasoning and patient-handling skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
