Are you a passionate Paediatric Physiotherapist looking to make a real difference in the lives of children and young people with additional needs?
Pulse is proud to be exclusively partnered with a specialist school in South London to recruit an experienced Paediatric Physiotherapist to join their multidisciplinary team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a highly supportive educational environment, helping pupils achieve their full potential through specialist therapeutic intervention.
The Role
You will provide physiotherapy assessment, treatment, and management for children and young people with a range of physical, neurological, and developmental conditions. Working closely with teachers, support staff, families, and other healthcare professionals, you will play a key role in supporting pupils' functional mobility, independence, and participation in school life.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive physiotherapy assessments.
Develop and implement individualised treatment programmes.
Support pupils with mobility, posture, positioning, and equipment needs.
Deliver therapy sessions on a one-to-one and group basis.
Provide training and guidance to school staff and families.
Maintain accurate clinical records and reports.
Contribute to EHCP reviews and multidisciplinary meetings.
Requirements
Degree in Physiotherapy.
HCPC registration.
Previous experience working with children and young people.
Experience within SEND, special schools, community paediatrics, or paediatric healthcare settings is highly desirable.
Excellent communication and multidisciplinary working skills.
