We are seeking a skilled Band 7 Psychological Therapist to join a private hospital in Southampton, Hampshire. This locum opportunity is available for an immediate start on a short-term contract.

Key Responsibilities

Provide specialist psychological therapy to individuals with eating disorders and complex mental health needs

Deliver evidence-based interventions including CBT, DBT, ACT, and MANTRA

Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and develop tailored treatment plans

Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic and effective care

Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation

Qualifications & Experience

Relevant professional registration (e.g. HCPC, BABCP, or equivalent)

Experience working in private or inpatient settings with eating disorders and mental health presentations

Proficiency in delivering CBT, DBT, ACT, and MANTRA therapies

Strong assessment, formulation, and therapeutic skills

Previous experience in a Band 7 Psychological Therapist role
