We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Stroke Physiotherapist to join our community-based team in Hull. This role involves working on a backlog of waiting lists and providing essential physiotherapy services to stroke patients. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in improving patient outcomes and supporting their rehabilitation journey.

Responsibilities:

As a Stroke Physiotherapist, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing physiotherapy treatment programs for stroke patients. You will work closely with patients, their families, and other healthcare professionals to develop individualized care plans. Your role will include conducting regular evaluations, adjusting treatment plans as necessary, and providing education and support to patients and their caregivers. Additionally, you will ensure accurate documentation of patient progress and collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to achieve the best possible outcomes.

Qualifications and Experience:

Qualified Physiotherapist (not necessarily Post Grad 3 years)

Community-based stroke experience

Must be a car driver with own car

System One experience (desirable but not essential)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and manage a caseload effectively
