Banking & Loan Manager

We are looking for an experienced Banking & Loan Manager / Senior Manager to take ownership of the company’s banking, financing and funding activities. The role will involve managing relationships with banks and financial institutions, handling various banking facilities, supporting project finance and fundraising requirements, and ensuring smooth execution of loan-related activities.

The candidate will be responsible for managing Term Loans, CC/OD limits, BG/LC facilities, Working Capital requirements and Project Finance. The role will also involve preparation and review of CMA data, financial projections, funding proposals and banking documentation. Strong experience in negotiating with banks, managing banking relationships and securing suitable financial facilities will be important for this position.

Responsibilities

• •Manage corporate banking and financial institution relationships
• •Handle Term Loan, CC/OD, BG, LC and Working Capital facilities
• •Prepare CMA data and financial projections
• •Coordinate loan processing, sanction, disbursement and repayment
• •Negotiate with banks and financial institutions

Must Have

• •5–8+ years of relevant experience
• •Strong Corporate Banking and Project Finance experience
• •Experience handling Term Loan, CC/OD, BG/LC and Working Capital
• •Strong knowledge of CMA and Financial Projections
• •Strong banking relationship management skills

Nice to have

• •₹50 Cr+ funding exposure
• •Fundraising experience
• •Solar, EPC, Manufacturing or Infrastructure experience
• •CA / MBA Finance qualification
